We get it, completely. Mike and I never actually intended to start a team. We were totally ok slinging houses, just us - but...

And he was right
So in 2017 Mike and I started the Novak Team. We opened up interviews and brought on 2 agents in October and December in 2017. And both Dale and Chuck are still on the team today.

Since 2017, we have grown professionally & personally. We started selling $100M a year in 2018 and haven’t dipped below that since.

We’ve been where you're at
We were once a couple of agents with no team, hustling to grow a business.
We grew that business faster than we could have ever imagined, doing 79 transactions just the two of us in 2017.
We then took our mentor’s advice to create more impact and started The Novak Team, adding select agents who were in alignment with our Core Values and building a world-class operations support system to support their businesses..
Before the team, Dale never sold more than $5M in volume in one year; on the team, he’s consistently sold between $10M-$18M for 7 years straight.
Chuck was on another team before, and he used to sell 5-10 homes a year- on the Team Chuck has sold as many as 40 homes in one year!
Together with our business partners we have scaled that team to $100M-$125M annually in sales.
And what we learned is that we had incredible businesses, but had neglected balance, being and body.
So our leadership team developed an accountability process to help every teammate improve in those areas as well.
We shifted our energy to integrate all domains as priority: body, being, balance, business. And we saw massive improvements team-wide.
Our businesses didn’t implode
We cracked the code on combining the leverage of our operations teammates with focused time on Dollar Producing Activities and stayed in our lanes.
