If you are under 18, you may not use our Services without verifiable parental or guardian consent.
3. Nature of Coaching Services
1. Coaching & Education Only
The Warrior Agent provides coaching, education, and strategies to help real estate professionals grow and manage their businesses. We do not offer real estate brokerage services or act as your agent in any transaction.
2. No Professional Advice
Our content and coaching are intended for informational purposes only. Nothing provided through the Services constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any real estate or business decisions.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Business outcomes vary widely based on individual skill, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee any specific results, revenue, or level of success.
4. Use of the Services
1. Account Creation
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information if it changes.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use or a security breach.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
Collect or harvest personal information of other users without consent;
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;

5. Payments and Billing

We may offer coaching sessions, courses, memberships, or digital products for purchase. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current billing information.
2. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a payment is processed, unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement for a specific program or promotion.
3. Payment Processor
We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to handle transactions securely. By making a purchase, you authorize us to share relevant payment information with these processors. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
6. Membership/Recurring Billing
1. Membership Plans
We may offer ongoing coaching or access to resources on a subscription or membership basis (“Membership”). By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your Membership by contacting mike@thewarrioragent.com. No refunds will be provided for fees already paid. Access to membership benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.
3. Failed Payments
If your payment is declined or fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Membership until payment is received.
7. Intellectual Property
1. Ownership
All content, including text, graphics, videos, logos, and course materials provided through the Services, is owned by or licensed to The Warrior Agent and is protected by intellectual property laws.
2. License to You
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our content for your personal, non-commercial real estate coaching needs. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display our content without prior written permission.
3. Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, and logos used in the Services are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
2. No Warranty of Results
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT PARTICIPATION IN OUR COACHING OR MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS WILL RESULT IN SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOMES OR REVENUE.
3. No Responsibility for Compliance
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING YOU COMPLY WITH REAL ESTATE LAWS, LICENSING REQUIREMENTS, OR ANY OTHER REGULATIONS. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN LEGAL AND BUSINESS DECISIONS.
9. Limitation of Liability
1. Indirect Damages
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR OUR AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
2. Cap on Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THE SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
3. Jurisdictional Limits
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY. WHERE THESE LAWS APPLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Warrior Agent, its affiliates, and respective officers, directors, agents, partners, and employees from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or demands (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
11. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
1. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
2. Arbitration
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in King County, Washington, and be conducted in English.
3. Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration will proceed on an individual basis and that you waive any right to bring or participate in a class action. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered thereon in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
2. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections that, by their nature, should survive termination (e.g., limitations of liability, indemnification) will remain in effect.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, internet or telecommunications failures, or any other force majeure event.
