Raised in the Pacific Northwest from the age of five, Mike jumped straight into the real estate world after school, helping his family turn their building and development business into an 8-figure operation. But when the 2008 Great Recession hit, everything fell apart. Mike and his wife Rachael lost nearly everything they’d worked for. Instead of quitting, they made a decision: rebuild bigger, better, and smarter.

By 2017, they were selling over 70 homes a year. A year later, their team was #1 in Snohomish County, consistently closing over $100M in sales annually—a title they’ve held ever since. Today, Mike personally produces over $30M in annual sales and leads the powerhouse Novak Team.

Mike’s coaching and strategies aren’t from a textbook—they’re straight from the battlefield of modern real estate. He’s consulted for or been on the client advisory board with industry leaders like Sierra Interactive, GGMS, Follow Up Boss, and Ylopo, and he’s built a reputation for creating systems and processes that actually work in the real world.
